I Segni dell’Uomo

One of the most famous series of books published by Franco Maria Ricci. It combines a strange and always previously unpublished iconography, accompanied by ample and exhaustive critical commentary, with literary texts by great wnters or delightful “rediscoveries.” 

The fundamental purpose of the series is to avoid familiar or obvious themes and offer to the curious book collector unknown or hidden experiences that are often actual discoveries. 

Each quarto volume (35 x 23 cm), printed on light blue Fabriano laid paper and bound in black “Orient” cloth, is a model of typographical rigor and elegance. Because the editions are limited, each is destined to become a rare item for bibliophiles.
